We are actively looking for installation supervisors for HV/MV equipment, test engineers, test managers and worksite managers for assignments in Switzerland and abroad.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
As we have to honour very demanding assignments, we seek personnel who are :
INVOLVED in complying with our customers' HSE policies.
AWARE of the importance of QUALITY processes.
FOCUSED on customers' expectations and their DELIVERABLES.
Our assignments take place on all continents (sometimes on isolated sites), for periods lasting from a few weeks to several months.
You will often be Elsie’s only representative on site, so you must be at ease in managing the logistics of your assignment and in using IT tools.
Our customers' assignments may change during the course of the service, which affects their duration or their technical outline.
You will be the site's preferred contact for various departments of our customers and their consultants.

What skills are we looking for?
To apply for a job at Elsie, working knowledge of English is required, together with knowledge of the activities related to installing, testing, maintaining, carrying out diagnostics, refurbishing, training or commissioning onshore or offshore electrical substations. In particular, we are looking for the following skills :
Supervision

Testing

Management
(at least 10 years of experience)
